[Mono-list] GUI report designer for MONO

In the .Net world, nearly such a thing exists. Except it's in MS's .Net
world, and it's called SQL Server Reporting Services.

btw SQL reporting services really is kick ass, despite being all closed
and stuck to SQL. We could use a competitor. ;)
