[Mono-list] mono 1.1.16.1 NotImplementedException in System.Data

My guess is that it *didn't* build fine with 2.0 System.Data.dll which
is under heavy development. Maybe we can add it to 2.0 build

If no problem is raised, I'll change mcs/class/Makefile to include it
in "common" profile so that it builds under 2.0 as well.
