[Mono-list] 1.1.15 Release

I've just published the 1.1.15 release.

Minor note to red-carpet and yum users who want to pull this release:

You'll need to update your configurations for this release.  The
webpages for each distro show how the new configuration should be.

(Basically, mono-1.1 was renamed to mono).
