[Mono-list] More mono-1.1.13-4/mod_mono issues - Issues with libgdiplus.dll/postgresql fixed

It's possible that the Linux Installer doesn't need to include readline
anymore.

It was originally included for mono-debugger, but the debugger may
include it's own libraries.

Can anyone confirm?  If so, I can remove the libreadline from the
Installer.
