Hello,

    Thanks for your bug reports, these were actual bugs in Mono 1.1.14,
a few regressions were introduced in this cycle.    Most of the bugs
have been fixed now (the treeview bugs remain though).

    Also the menu1.aspx is just an test that had been built against an
older version of the .NET API and it was buggy, it has been corrected.
