We have in the past worked with users to get those issues fixed,
specially when they are high profile deployments.

It is a shame that the first time we heard about this problem was your
post this week, when nothing about it could be done.

For other users: if you are running into problems, my team is willing to
work on the issues, identify the problems and fix them.

In this particular case, am not sure that the issue was a memory leak,
your description sounded more like a resource starvation problem on the
threadpool:
