[Mono-list] Mono 1.1.9.1 Windows Installer Released

Hi Wade,

thank you for your work! but why dll mapping for rsvg-2 is still missing ?
If I put the line:

<dllmap dll="rsvg-2" target="librsvg-2-2.dll"/>

into etc/mono/config then rsvg works fine for me.
