Removed all /tmp/.wapi directory still no good. I
don't think it's even createing the /tmp/mod_mono
socket.

I put in some debuging in the exception that
mod-mono-server.exe throws. Got the following

Listening on: /tmp/mod_mono_server
Root directory: /tmp
Error: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Access
enied
in [0x0005a] System.Net.Sockets.Socket:Bind
(System.Net.EndPoint local_end) in <0x00149>
Mono.WebServer.ModMonoWebSource:CreateSocket ()
in <0x0004b> Mono.WebServer.ApplicationServer:Start
(Boolean bgThread)
in (wrapper remoting-invoke-with-check)
Mono.WebServer.ApplicationServer:Start (bool)
...

I am puzzled why we can't create a unix domain socket
in tmp. I put in some code to create a temperory file
in /tmp and that works fine.

I am using the standard mono from nrpms yum depo for
fc4. Has anyone ran into this before.

Thanks.
