idiot.

 

I am a bit jumpy about the issue, anti-Americanism is rampant in BC, and
many of my close friends are Americans.

Obviously, the poster has recognized by the name of the person that he is
Romanian, so probably he doesn't live in the US, so all his whining about
software patents made him look as a "whining idiot" because software patents
are not an issue here (even if Romania is not a part of the EU yet,
hopefully it will be in about a year and 3 months). That's why he called HIM
a "whining idiot".
