Shitload of misunderstandings. He wasn't referring to Americans in the
"idiot" line. He was actually referring to the original poster and
nobody else, and he's not american.

Come on, please everybody chill. It's not the time or place (and there
will never be a time and place) for such a discussion. It's just plain
