Do you mean that you have a x509 end certificate (not a CA certificate) 
and that  you want to control its validity against all trusted root 
authorities certificates stored in the Windows' key store ? Or do you 
want to compare a given x509 certificate with all trusted root 
authorities certificates stored in the same key store ?
