[Mono-list] recent error (serialization)

I've commented everything out of my global.asax file and it's still not
working.

I am getting a similar error when there is a syntax error in the global.asax

file. I have already filed a bug report some days ago:

If you are having the same problem, you could try commenting out parts of 
your global.asax until it works to find the problem.
