I have a 20 page document explaining how to write the example server
activated object with a test client that I've been working on. Although
developed on Windows using VS, it works under mono.

The document, I think, gives quite a bit of info about creating and
using this type of remote object as well as explaining a bit about
remoting and why it can be a good idea to use it.

I don't have anywhere to publish it, but if anyone is interested either
just to read it or to publish it somewhere, I can zip it up and send
it. The document includes the code, but I can also zip up the source
code as well if anyone wants it. The document can go under a CC license
and the code under the GPL - so it's free.

Peter
