[Mono-list] (hack works) NOAA Soap Server and System.Web.Services problems

Hello,
	I tried the hack to force the client to Http 1.0 and it works
correctly.  I looked at the net trace and I can see the correct HTTP 1.0
response.  

	The NOAA website mentions .Net 2 Beta3.  However, I don't know which
one this is (MSDN?).  However, I did download the latest VC# 2005
Express August CTP but that still exhibits the same problem.
