Big thx for code, I will try examine it and finish it. I have no
enough time, but if I will do it - I write here. Maybe somebody will
be want it.

I checked that jsip is based on rfc 2543 - and its not finished.
Actually is rfc 3261. But changes are small. 

I loaded this code into monodevelop and I found some error, but code
error aren't explained in monodoc. Where can I found it ? For example
there is CS8025 Description=Parsing error(CS8025).
