Are you using 1.1.10-2 packages? Because the first 1.1.10 package and
source code release had a bug that rendered it unusable on apache 1.3
and made it fail for most cases in 2.0. The fix for apache 1.3 is not
released yet, but it's in svn HEAD. You can download a tarball of
current svn HEAD of mod_mono using the http://svn.myrealbox.com/ viewcvs
interface.
