[Mono-list] Letting regular users have ASP.NET web pages?

I have apache2, and mod_mono is running fine right now.

Does anyone know how I can have regular users use mod_mono, so when
someone went to:

myserver.com/~user/index.aspx

The ASP application would work, instead of just seeing the text?

Is there any reason not to do this? (security ones?)

Any information on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
