[Mono-list] 1.1.10: Cannot find the specified file (on every file request)

I've tried the new xsp2.exe in 1.1.10 (Linux) and got the following 
error message:

Even if I request the robots.txt file, I get the same error message. 
With xsp or xsp2 in 1.1.9.2 and with xsp in 1.1.10 everything works as 
intended.
