[Mono-list] mono-win32 mailing list

Hi everybody. I downloaded the experimental installer
created by Paco Martinez. In the readme files, there's
a mailing list address for questions related to the package.
Well, perhaps it could be the time to create a mono-win32 mailing list
for questions related to mono software developing/developed/running on 
win32 machines.
