[Mono-list] About Developing GTK# on Windows

dear frnds ,
can u please tell me wether i can develop GTK# on windows with the mono
windows installer ?
and does that conatins the mono develop as well ?
do i need the GTK2.0 libs and glade for windows to run GTK# on windows ?
