[Mono-list] Modifying Assemblies

I think I saw something about rebooting the server after modifying an
assembly (DLL file) in the "bin" folder.  Rebooting works, but I'm wondering
if I can simply restart Apache.

I haven't figured out how to restart Apache from a command line in SUSE
Linux 9.2 Professional.

Do I need to reboot the server, or can I simply restart Apache?
