[Mono-list] ComIStreamMarshaler and ComIStreamWrapper

Hi Pál,

Thanks for your effort.

I have just sent you an email with the integration with the current Mono
System.Drawing and some problems that I'm hitting. Let's see if we can
integrate this properly in Mono and make streams work on Win32.
