Hi Jesse.

What version of Mono are you using?

I already checked in svn a fix to add support for varchar datatype. It
is there since 2005-01-20 so it should be in 1.1.4 release.

If you aren't/can't use 1.1.4, please, get a mono compiled version from
daily snapshots: www.go-mono.com/daily or get a 0.7beta5 release from
Npgsql project: gborg.postgresql.org/project/npgsql

Please, let us know if it worked for you.

Thanks in advance for your interest in Npgsql and Postgresql.
