I've got Mono 1.0.5 building on .NET 2003 using the
MSVC6 project files which were mailed round a while
ago, but cant seem to fix the mono_jit_runtime_invoke
crash, even with the fix that was posted here.

Having a clear tutorial for building mono 1.1.4 would
be really good!
