[Mono-list] Xcopy deployment of dlls

Further to my earlier post regarding Xcopy depolyment of dlls:

I have the following situation: 

I alter the code in a cs file, and then recompile it. The dll is given the
same as the previous dll, and overwrites the previous dll.

The aspx page does not reflect the change until Apache is bounced (i.e.
mono_server restarts).

Is this what everyone else is experiencing?
