I assume you are using the solution file in Mono's SVN ?

If so did you read
http://svn.myrealbox.com/source/trunk/mono/README.vsnet ?

It's one of the projects in the solution.

Don't know, you didn't give us many details to help you (e.g. vs.net
version, where/when you got the project files, ...).
