[Mono-list] debugger and mono 1.1.8

The release notes for 1.1.8 say that the
debugger is released in sync, however I did
not see it in the list of latest sources
(http://go-mono.com/sources).  I also do
not see mdb if I install using the
Mono 1.1.8 installer.

How can I get the 1.1.8 release of mdb?
