September, last I heard.  Subject to change without notice. :-)

(IIRC, the holdup is in implementing System.Windows.Forms.  1.2 *will*
include System.Windows.Forms, even if 1.2 must be delayed to include it.)

I have no idea, though I suspect "when it's ready" is the answer.
