There may be better solutions but you can download the whole dynamic
documentation and save it as static HTML using tools like wget, Teleport
Pro, Wysigot, ...

where do I find static HTML pages of the API documentation? Or can I
generate them myself? Something like what Javadoc produces. Javascript
for menus is okay, though.

Please don't point me to go-mono.com/docs/. And running a local daemon
or a special app (monodoc) is also not an option for me.
