My last email to you must've gotten bounced. FreeBSD ports for XSP and
mod_mono is here:

XSP doesn't work on FreeBSD as mono itself crashes directly on a page
request. Your best bet for seeing XSP work is on FreeBSD-current but
that is not production ready by any means. Hopefully by 5.4 (or 5.5
depending on when I finally get a FreeBSD-current box running and can
test XSP on -current) some libpthread fixes will be MFC'ed into -stable
which will resolve the crashes.
