[Mono-list] trying to install redcarpet to install mono

I'm trying to get Red Carpet on a Suse 9.1
installation following the directions on gotmono.com
so I can install mono. I can't seem to connect to the
ftp server though I have a fast connection.

ftp://ftp.ximian.com/pub/redcarpet2/

Anyone know if this is just a temporary problem, could
the server be overlaoded or something?
