[Mono-list] Loading assemblies with XSP

Does anyone have an example of how to load assembles explicitly with XSP?

I tried altering the web config's compile and runtime sections to hint where to
find the dlls with no success.

<compilation 
         defaultLanguage="c#"
	 debug="true" >
	 <assemblies>
		 <add assembly="TAGMLWS" />
		 <add assembly="MySql.Data" />
	 </assemblies>
</compilation>

Can someone recommend where to see an example?

I did get external assemblies to load thru MOD_MONO.
