SV: SV: [Mono-list] Problem with Windows .NET and Mono.Security

Maybe I don't have access to this file?

Please try using the Mono assembly library modules that are includede in

Mono 1.1.4.  You can obtain the installer at the official download page:

http://www.mono-project.com/downloads/
