[Mono-list] Apache/mod_mono, is apache supposed to start xsp or mod-mono-server?

You can use Apache's 'AddHandler mono .aspx .ascx .dll .asax ....' and
it will use mono on all those file extensions.

mod_mono has requires you to set up at least one so-called 'application'
that maps from virtual directory to physical directory. If you do this
for the root virtual directory of your server (/) and use the AddHandler
thing, you're all set.
