Ah okay, thanks.

I've downloaded IKVM from the primary site and it works fine.  Obviously 
if Mono no longer wishes to package IKVM, this is a perfectly viable 
approach.  The fact that it disappeared between 1.0.4 and 1.0.5 makes me 
wonder if it was simply an oversight, though.
