[Mono-list] monodoc missing content

The `monodoc' tarball contains the Gtk# documentation (as well as other
"extras") that we pull from various sources, so you can ignore the
circular dependency (unless you use SVN, and in that case, you are on
your own).

We are going to split up Monodoc soon, to break this dependency (and for
other reasons as well)
