The INSTALL file says that by default mod_mono starts mod-mono-server
automatically... but that's not the case.
To be able to server ASP.NET pages, I had to manually
start mod-mono-server, chmod /etc/mod_mono_server, and restart apache.
Am I wrong somewhere?
