Yeap. This is correct.

You can get the new Npgsql.dll from Npgsql project:
http://gborg.postgresql.org/project/npgsql/download/download.php

Also, you can get Npgsql from daily builds of Mono:

http://mono.ximian.com/daily/

And of course, when we get a new Mono release, the latest Npgsql release will
be there too :)
