[Mono-list] error CS0150: A constant value is expected

I filled another bug I found, can't define large const long value in func. 
Bug no: 75805

I like mono, but mono don't like me.
I want my 200,000 LOC(100k lib & 100k app) c# code to run under mono and 
linux, How can I help mono, and where can I found detail doc about mono 
except the source code.
