[Mono-list] Problems with updater.exe

I think the preferred way to generate and mantain documentation is
using monodocer. IIRC it's place somewhere within the directory
"monodoc" in the sources.

I'm not at home so I don't have my GNU/Linux box at hand in order to
give you more precise info.
