I Have same problem
Fedora core 3=20
 httpd.i386 0:2.0.52-3.1
# apachectl -v
Server version: Apache/2.0.52
Server built:   Nov 11 2004 10:31:42
#service httpd start

i've installed mono with
http://www.go-mono.com/download/fedora-3-i386/mono-1.1.zip and
http://www.go-mono.com/download/fedora-3-i386/webserver.zip
what's wrong ??
