[Mono-list] Package gtkhtml-sharp was not found

I'm having trouble finding anything that meets the requirements for
this. The configure for gtk-sharp still says "gtkhtml-sharp.dll: no" at
the end. Has anyone else resolved this problem before?

The only thing I was able to find was gtkhtml-devel-1.1.9-0.9.i386.rpm
but it shoots out about a dozen dependancies and I really don't want to
get into RPMing a dozen packages on my server. I'd prefer compiling
from source wherever possible, and ideally with as few dependancies as
possible.

I just need gtk-sharp to compile gtkhtml-sharp.dll so I can compile
monodevelop.
