[Mono-list] Package gtkhtml-sharp was not found

I'm running the configure for monodevelop 0.5.1 and it's telling me that 
gtkhtml-sharp is not found.  Shouldn't that have been installed from the 
gtk-sharp 1.0.6 package that I installed?  How can I install 
gtkhtml-sharp?  Thanks.
