[Mono-list] Encoding problems utf-8 iso8859-1

<html><div style='background-color:'><DIV class=RTE>I'm trying to make a simple asp.NET page. I have mod_mono installed with apache. When I write my page in utf-8 encoding, it works but not when I write it iso8859-1 wich is a standard also. I've tried to change encoding settings in machine.config file without success. Does anyone have had this problem? Or is there any doc about encoding on mod_mono. My Perl scripts and html pages work well and there is no problem with encoding.</DIV>
