I don't know if this is the right way to do it but I installed both
mono-1.1.4-gtksharp-1.9.2-win32-0.2.exe and
gtksharp-1.9.2-win32-0.5.exe. After that I was able to choose a Gtk#
project in MS Visual Studio.
