[Mono-list] System.DllNotFoundException: oci

As you see my system perfectly compiles... which means i have the library and i use them i am not sure this is the answer to my problem.
I have installed absolutely all the packages i could find on Mono/Download, but maybe i am still missing something? Maybe there is a command line that could proove i installed them correctly?

I am trying to realise the same query with a "Form" and it doesnot work either, i am having a problem displying the Form maybe these two problems are connected.
