[Mono-list] Mono Developer has no Window Manager controls

monodevelop Version: 0.5.1-1

Running the above version of monodevelop from the Debian Unstable 
package.  It runs fine but has no window manager controls (ie: title bar 
or window border for moving/resizing).  This is under Gnome with the 
Sawfish window manager.

Any know of this issue or have thoughts on how to fix it?
