Hi,

I was reading the Mono FAQ and I found this:

"The Mono runtime and the Mono C# Compiler are also available under a
proprietary license for those who can not use the LGPL and the GPL in
their code."

I have some questions about this:

Mono been made by many voluntary developers in addition to those of
Novell. Are those voluntary developers agree with a proprietary license?

What if some contributor wants to help in the Mono project, but does
not want to see his code under a proprietary license?

There is conflict between the GPL and the propietary license?

Of course, I'm talking about the Mono parts under GPL and LGPL (the C#
Compiler and the Runtime Library), not about the parts under MIT-X11 license

Thanks,

Manuel Alejandro Cerón Estrada.
