[Mono-list] System.Runtime.CompilerServices/IsVolatile.cs

Hi,
   This message is especially for  Zoltan Varga. The file above has ifdefs 
that prevent it from compiling for .Net 1.x. However the IsVolatile class 
exists in .Net 1.x. This prevents Nemerle from working with current cvs.
