[Mono-list] 16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem

I hadn't tried that.  But when I did, it did open the command prompt but
won't let me run "edit" for the same reasons as described earlier.  So, =
run
cmd.exe works, but the same error occurs when I try to run "edit" from
inside the command prompt.

Any ideas why?
